Additional Settings and Errors

Common Errors

  •  When the Start Button is pressed, the design immediately starts sending but the machine does not retrieve the design.
  •  The Software seems to be correct, But the machine does not retrieve the design
  •  When the Start Button is pressed, and error box appears that says “Connection Interrupted”

In All of these cases, the likely solution is that the cable is connected to a port that the software has not identified.

Click the Options Button in the first window and select a different port from the pop up window that appears.

If you cannot move your mouse after pressing the Start button, Press the ESC key to cancel the transfer and release your mouse.
