The stitch colors palette displays all the Stop/Needle commands in the design and the associated color assigned to that code.
The top selection assigns a thread palette. A palette is a listing of colors available for a specific thread manufacturer. If a palette is selected, only colors available from that manufacturers threads can be selected. If the palette is set to Custom any color can be selected
To change the color (RGB) applied to a specific needle, click the color swatch to the right of the item, and click from the color picker at the bottom of the control.
If a manufacturers palette is selected, click the Colors button to display all colors applicable to that manufacturer. Any color in the palette can be selected by left click
To change a needle assignment click the down arrow to the right of the desired item and select from drop down list
Note
If the first item in the list is First Color Then this design does not have a color change at the beginning of the design Therefore, the embroidery machine must be manually set to sew the first color, then all other colors can be assigned at the machine. If you want to assign all colors and not set the first color manually, assign a stop or needle to the First Color line item.
