Initializing the Database

Upon your first access of the database, the system will automatically set up and initialize the database for you. However if you reinstall or want to add a new directory of designs , you will need to set these up manually.

Right click the directory or drive where your designs are stored, select Browse Folder

Browse to the specific folder you want to insert into the database

The new directory will appear in the listing tree at the left

Right click the new directory to open a list of options

Select Insert Designs into Database

These designs will be inserted into the database and tracked from this point forward
