Scan

The Scan option allows you to import an image directly from the scanner. This option is useful for small designs or any time you do not want to save the image on your hard disk.

This link activates your scanner software. As all scanner software is different, the actual scanning process is not covered in this tutorial.

Note

If you do not complete the design, you can still save the image with the design by setting the Tools >  System Parameters > Filetab to Save the background image internally. With this setting, the background image is automatically saved within the ERF file.
