Insert Blocks is used in conjunction with the Block Edit mode. This process will allow you to insert additional blocks before or after any block in the design (You cannot insert after the last block)

Using Insert Blocks

- Select Edit Pull down menu
- Select Block Edit
- Click on the block you would like to insert before or after.
- Right Click the mouse on the canvas and select Insert Block
- The insert option box will pop up. Choose to insert before or after the selected object.
- The design will change to gray stitches after the insert point. This is to indicate to you exactly where the new blocks will be inserted. From this point you can create new blocks, paste in blocks etc... The blocks you create at this point will be inserted in sequence in the design
- When you are completed with the insert procedure, Right Click the mouse and select Insert Blocks again to return to normal operation.

Note
When using Insert Blocks mode, it is sometimes easier to select the block to insert before or after from the Object list rather than trying to click a specific block on the canvas.
