This section displays the number of colors and appliqués (if any) in the design. This information is read directly in from the stitch data, but can be changed manually. Some designs will use Stop codes to indicate color changes, some will use Stop simply to stop the machine so the operator can check the design or place appliqué, puff foam etc... The system has no way of determining which way the Stop will be used so it simply counts it as a color change. Comments: Allows up to 128 character comment to be inserted into the print page of the design The rest of this page displays information about the design , this information is derived from the actual design data and cannot be altered. |
Design codes are simple category icons used to describe the design. We use design codes to make it easier to find files at some point in the future. If you have a customer that wants to see all sports logos, you can easily pull up all of the designs that have been assigned to the Sports code without having to browse through several folders The left side lists all codes assigned to the specific design, you can use as many as you like |

|
The right section displays the different codes you can assign to the design. Click on any of the codes and click Insert Code. For example, if you have a baseball logo, you might assign a code of Sports, and Baseball to this design |

The Statistics tab displays information about the stitch data of the design. Use this information to look for problems or determining what steps need to be done to optimize the design for maximum efficiency. Step The Jump divide setting is determined by the machine type. The maximum stitch length most machines can sew is about 12 mm. Any stitches longer that this threshold will be converted to a Jump. As you can see, the longer the jump stitch setting, the lower the stitch count. Range This field lists the number of stitches of a certain length. This information can help diagnose sewing problems. If there are a lot of stitches in the 0-3 range, you may want to perform an Optimize to clean up these small stitches |
The Clients tab is used to assign designs to different customers. This tab will allow you to add new customers, assign customers to designs or assign operators. This information is tracked in the database so you can later quickly retrieve all designs for a specific customer. Clients are customers that you do work for. A single design may be assigned to as many clients as you like. This allows you to save one design for multiple customers instead of the old way of creating different folders on the computer for each customer and saving a copy of the same design in each folder. Select Clients The Select Clients button opens a listing of all the clients you have added to your system. Simply place a check in the box to the left of the client to add the design to the client. |
The Threads tab is the most commonly accessed section of the info card. In this tab you can add comments to the different segments of the design and assign thread color names. Thread Information Displays the different colors of the design. This information will be printed in the full design mask on the Print Page. The Thread names are not specific to any manufacturer and can be overwritten by typing directly into the form Estimation This box will display the estimated run time based on the parameters specified in the estimation settings. Click the button to the right to change the settings. |
